Remembering Jim Blackwood

It is with deep sorrow that we share the news of the passing of our beloved friend, colleague, and mentor, Jim Blackwood, who left us this April due to complications from pneumonia.

Jim’s impact on those around him was profound. He was admired not only for his dedication and professionalism but also for his generosity, kindness, and ability to inspire others. Countless students, colleagues, and friends benefited from his guidance and encouragement over the years.
